Christy is passionate about educating her clients on the importance of proper self care, such as; stretching, sleep posture, foot care and the correct use of hydrotherapy, to help improve their health goals and quality of life. Christy looks at communication and understanding as the key components to successful massage therapy treatments and results. Every patient is unique, with their own set of concerns and goals, therefore, no two massage treatments are alike. It is extremely important to her that every client leaves their massage appointment feeling their best and with a positive outlook.
